Säntis Malt Edition Genesis No. 2

The Säntis Malt Edition Genesis No. 2 is the second release in the Genesis series by the Swiss distillery Säntis. A 7 year old Swiss single malt matured in beer and bourbon casks followed by a finish in Acolon wine casks from Weingut Lindetröpfli. The Acolon grape is a combination of Blaufrankisch and Dornfelder. The two casks that formerly held this red wine have been used to finish this Säntis. It was bottled on the 4^th of June 2020 at 48,% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited release of 1088 50cl bottles.
