The Hellyers Road 10 years old is an Australian single malt named after Henry Hellyer, one of the discoverers of the region north of Dieman’s Land in Tasmania. This release matured in bourbon barrels and was bottled at 46,2% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.
Nose: butterscotch, pear drops, vanilla, barley, honey and malt
Palate: easy going and creamy with biscuits, vanilla and spices
Finish: medium long with sweet oak, maple syrup and allspice
