Omar Bourbon Cask

The Omar Bourbon Cask is a Taiwanese single malt from the TTL Nantou Distillery in Taiwan. This Asian single malt matured in bourbon casks and was bottled at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: refreshing and complex with white floral notes, rich vanilla and soft honey followed by some grain and wood

Palate: rich and mouthcoating with oak, soft vanilla and honey

Finish: long with vanilla, milk chocolate and mandarin
