Kavalan Solist Fino Sherry (57%)

The Kavalan Solist Fino Sherry is a Taiwanese single cask single malt matured in a Fino sherry butt. This release was distilled on the 7^th of July 2010 and matured in cask S10070713A. It was bottled on the 28^th of December 2015 at natural cask strength of 57% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 542 bottles.

Nose: grapes, honey, nuts, sultanas and oak

Palate: toffee, caramel, sherry, honey, cinnamon and light spices

Finish: long with caramel and banana
