Kavalan King Car Whisky

The Kavalan King Car from the Kavalan distillery in Taiwan is a vatting of 8 different malts matured in different casks. It includes amongst others malts matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. A typical Kavalan whisky that is non chill filtered.

Nose: tropical fruit (banana, papaya and melon, oak, vanilla and a hint of eucalyptus and chocolate

Palate: a hint of bourbon with aromas of tropical fruit and hints of vanilla cream with burned sugar, cinnamon and wood

Finish: long and mostly dry with spices, oak and espresso
