Black Grouse

Black Grouse is the big brother of the Famous Grouse Finest. Mainly made from Islay single malts resulting in a rich and complex blend with gentle peat and smoke aromas. A perfect alternative for the more expensive Islay whisky's.

Nose: lots of peat with clear Islay influences, gentle notes of malt, smoke, wood and a hint of salt

Palate: very smoky in the beginning followed by gentle and sweet cacao, spice and peat aromas

Finish: long and smoky with returning oak aromas
