Tormore 2004 Gordon & Macphail Cask Strength (61,2%)

The Tormore 2004 Gordon & Macphail Cask Strength is an 11 year old Speyside single malt bottled by the independent bottler Gordon & Macphail. It was distilled on the 14^th of June 2004 and matured in first fill bourbon barrels 895, 896, 897 and 898. It was bottled on the 4^th of May 2016 at natural cask strength of 61,2% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: sweet honey with spicy aromas, banana, coconut, pear and rhubarb

Palate: peppery and spicy with orange zest, apple, milk chocolate and peppermint

Finish: medium long and drying with lots of fruit aromas
