The Tormore 2004 Gordon & Macphail Cask Strength is an 11 year old Speyside single malt bottled by the independent bottler Gordon & Macphail. It was distilled on the 14th of June 2004 and matured in first fill bourbon barrels 895, 896, 897 and 898. It was bottled on the 4th of May 2016 at natural cask strength of 61,2% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.
Nose: sweet honey with spicy aromas, banana, coconut, pear and rhubarb
Palate: peppery and spicy with orange zest, apple, milk chocolate and peppermint
Finish: medium long and drying with lots of fruit aromas
