Glenglassaugh Port Wood Finish

The Glenglassaugh Port Wood Finish was released end of 2017 as part of the Wood Finishes series of Glenglassaugh. This Speyside single malt matured in a bourbon barrel and was finished in a Port cask before being bottled at 46% ABV.

Nose: ginger, stout ale and the aromas of baked bread

Palate: cherries in brandy, heather, chocolate and green apples

Finish: peppermint leaves and berries
