Glenfiddich Experimental Series #4 Fire & Cane

The Glenfiddich Experimental Series #4 Fire & Cane is the fourth release in this special series by Glenfiddich following the IPA, Project XX and Winter Storm. This fourth experiment is a combination of smoky and peaty Glenfiddich malt (Fire) combined with a finish in rum casks (Cane). A finish of 3-4 months after which this Glenfiddich was bottled at 43% ABV.

Nose: green fruit with sweet aromas of baked apple and toasted marshmallow followed by sweet smoke, woody spices, bonfire, oak, toffee and intense Highland peat

Palate: soft peat smoke with rich and sweet toffee and powerful aromas of fresh fruit with spices

Finish: long and sweet with a lingering smokiness
