Glenfarclas 15yo

This 15 years old Glenfarclas Speyside single malt got 95/100 points in Jim Murray's Whisky Bible. A whisky with rich notes of sherry, raisins, orange marmalade, walnuts and dates.

Nose: sweet sherry with butterscotch followed by balanced aromas of green apple, blueberries and orange zests

Palate: rich and complex with notes of caramelized sugar, maple syrup, fruit, delicate peat and malt and a hint of cinnamon

Finish: long with complex sherry notes and some toffee
