GlenAllachie 25yo

The GlenAllachie 25 years old is one of the first GlenAllachie release by the new owner and master distiller Billy Walker (since 2017). This 25 year old Speyside single malt matured in both American oak and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and was bottled at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: lots of fruit, rye bread with marmalade, sultanas, orange zest and a hint of tobacco

Palate: sultanas, dark chocolate, orange, pineapple, dark chocolate and Christmas cake

Finish: spices, sultanas and mandarins
