GlenAllachie 18yo

The GlenAllachie 18 years old is one of the first GlenAllachie release by the new owner and master distiller Billy Walker (since 2017). This 18 year old Speyside single malt matured in both American oak and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and was bottled at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: rich and creamy with fudge, barley, fresh vanilla and spiced toffee

Palate: sweet with raisins, marzipan and heather honey followed by some spices, nutmeg and dark chocolate

Finish: medium long with fresh apple and pear aromas
