GlenAllachie 12yo

The GlenAllachie 12 years old is one of the first GlenAllachie release by the new owner and master distiller Billy Walker (since 2017). This 12 year old Speyside single malt matured in both American oak and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and was bottled at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: butterscotch, vanilla, raisins, malted barley, mocha and honey

Palate: honey, marzipan, toffee banana, creamy butterscotch, raisins and a hint of espresso

Finish: medium long with aromas of toffee banana and cocoa
