GlenAllachie 10yo Cask Strength Batch 1 (57,1%)

The GlenAllachie 10 years old Cask Strength Batch 1 is one of the first GlenAllachie releases by the new owner and master distiller Billy Walker (since 2017). This 10 year old Speyside single malt matured in both American Oak and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and was bottled at natural cask strength of 57,1% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This first batch is a limited edition of 2.000 bottles.

Nose: lots of heather honey and toffee with rose petals and spices

Palate: honey, vanilla, toffee, rose petals, marmalade and Caribbean spices

Finish: medium long and slightly spiced with sweet honey and toffee aromas
