The Carn Mor Strictly Single Cask Aultmore 8 years old 2010 is a young Speyside single malt from the Aultmore distillery bottled by the independent bottler Morrison & MacKay. This Aultmore was distilled in 2010 and matured in sherry butt 9948004. It was bottled on the 21^st of January 2019 at 50% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: dark vanilla with seedcake, fresh red fruit (berries and cherries) and warm oak

Palate: round and warming with fruity jelly, macaroons, caramel candy and black pepper

Finish: very rich and warming with dry spices
