Carn Mor “Celebration of the Cask” Longmorn 23yo 1991 (57,4%)

A 23 years old Longmorn from 1991 bottled in the Celebration of the Cask series of the independent bottler Carn Mor. A Speyside single malt distilled on the 30th of April 1991 and matured in bourbon hogshead 54953. Bottled on the 2nd of February 2015 at natural cask strength of 57,4% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 191 bottles.

Nose: rich, sweet and lots of fruit together with honey, some floral notes and barley

Palate: fresh and clean with cereals, a tremendous palate

Finish: long with nuts and peppery notes
