Carn Mor “Celebration of the Cask” Linkwood 21yo 1996 (44%)

The Carn Mor “Celebration of the Cask” Linkwood 21 years old 1996 is an older Speyside single malt from the Linkwood distillery bottled in the Celebration of the Cask series of Carn Mor by the independent bottler Morrison & MacKay. It was distilled on the 16^th of October 1996 and matured in bourbon barrel 8227. It was bottled on the 8^th of January 2018 at natural cask strength of 44% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of of 108 bottles.

Nose: rose water and cherries with light smoke and vanilla cream

Palate: earthy aromas, creamy sweet with vanilla cream and red fruit

Finish: very sweet, fruity and spicy
