Benromach Traditional

The Benromach Traditional Speyside single malt is the first release after the reopening of the Benromach distillery in 1998. It is distilled by the new owner, Gordon & MacPhail and has a very clean and balanced flavour.

Nose: a little sweet with aromas of fudge, chocolate, citrus fruit (lemon and lime), a little floral with notes of honey and pine wax and some smoky notes at the background

Palate: smoky with notes of malt, grain and something grassy

Finish: slightly spices with something floral and notes of juniper, orange zest and a hint of pepper
