Benriach Peated Quarter Casks

The Benriach Peated Quarter Casks is an unusual Speyside single malt distilled of peated barley and fully matured in quarter casks. More contact with the wood resulting in a unique aroma. This Benriach was bottled at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: wood smoke with burned heather, ripe orchard fruit, peach, cinnamon sugar, light spices and fresh barley with rich peat

Palate: intense smoke with soft peat, pear, nectarines, nutty oaky notes with vanilla pods, white pepper and lemon

Finish: fresh and smoky with lemon and white pepper
