Benriach Cask Strength Batch 1 (57,2%)

The Benriach Cask Strength Batch 1 is a classic Speyside and Benriach single malt with a creamy character and notes of vanilla, fruit and sweet barley. This first batch was bottled at 57,2% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: sweet oak spices with roasted orchard fruit and crushed barley, vanilla pods with coconut, light floral notes and the complexity of ripe fruit

Palate: a typical Benriach with creamy heather honey, apples, pears and apricots followed by candied zests and fresh and pungent ginger

Finish: a classic combination of vanilla, roasted coconut and sweet barley
