Benriach 22yo Albariza

The Benriach 22 years old Albariza is an older peated Speyside single malt finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. This is the second Albariza release following the 18 years old from 2015. This one was bottled at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: sherry sweetness with light leather aroma, chicory, smoked oak, red meat and sweet barley

Palate: sweet Mirabella peppers with black cherries, ripe figs, vanilla, bonfire, peat and white pepper

Finish: long with a hint of menthol, honey and dark chocolate
