Aberlour A’Bunadh Batch 66 (59,2%)

The Aberlour A’Bunadh Batch 66 is just like the previous batches a heavily sherried Speyside single malt. The A’Bunadh matured in Spanish Oloroso sherry butts and this batch was bottled at 59,2% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: sherry, candied orange zest, hazelnuts and spices

Palate: lots of sherry followed by orange and ginger, dried fruit and dark chocolate

Finish: dark chocolate and five spices
