The A.D. Rattray Cask Collection Dufftown 11 years old 2009 is a Speyside single malt from the Dufftown distillery bottled by the independent bottler A.D. Rattray. This Dufftown was distilled on the 10^th of August 2009 and matured in bourbon hogshead 700824. It was finished in former Cask Islay Sherry Edition Finish cask 35319 and was bottled on the 12^th of April 2021 at natural cask strength of 52,5% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 335 bottles.

Nose: peach puree with blackberries, honeycomb and ash

Palate: prune jam, roasted grapefruit and red apple

Finish: fruity with some Trappist beer aromas
