The Cooper’s Choice Cambus 24 years old 1991 is a Lowlands single grain bottled by the independent bottler Cooper’s Choice. It was distilled in September 1991 and matured in bourbon cask 79877. It was bottled in 2015 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 300 bottles.
Nose: porridge with fresh honey, vanilla pods and white chocolate
Palate: poached apples and pears with golden syrup and pastry
Finish: pretty fruity and long with a hint of vanilla sugar at the end
