The Carn Mor “Celebration of the Cask” Girvan 28 years old 1989 is an old single grain from the Girvan distillery bottled by the independent bottler Morrison & MacKay in their Celebration of the Cask series. This Girvan was distilled on the 29^th of December 1989 and matured in roubon barrel 167865. It was bottled on the 6^th of June 2018 at natural cask strength of 57,6% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 232 bottles.

Nose: old leather, dry wood, old school candy, cherries and grass

Palate: classic aromas with beautiful oak influences, spices, berries, mint and white pepper

Finish: spicy oak aromas and mouth coating
