Highland Park Full Volume (47,2%)

The Highland Park Full Volume is a limited edition Orkney single malt from the Highland Park distillery. The Full Volume was distilled in 1999 and matured in 481 first fill bourbon barrels and hogsheads. It was bottled in 2017 at natural cask strength of 47,2% ABV. The Full Volume was made together with music producer and James guitarist Saul Davies. He was, amongst others, responsible for the packaging.

Nose: vanilla, cedarwood and exotic fruit

Palate: creamy with citrus zest, vanilla, mango and smoke toffee

Finish: rum, espresso and charred oak
