The Connoisseurs Choice Cask Strength Highland Park 16 years old 2002 is an Orkney single malt from the Highland Park distillery bottled in the Connoisseurs Choice series by the independent bottler Gordon & Macphail. This Highland Park was distilled in 2002 and matured in refill sherry butt 13601101. It was bottled on the 5^th of September 2019 at natural cask strength of 57,9% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 672 bottles.

Nose: dark chocolate and ginger with aromas of caramelized oranges and golden syrup

Palate: grapefruit zest with golden syrup, soft chili spices, dark chocolate and aniseed

Finish: delicate aromas of aniseed in a long finish
