The Carn Mor “Celebration of the Cask” Highland Park 22 years old 1995 is an Orkney single malt from the Highland Park distillery bottled in the Celebration of the Cask series by the independent bottler Morrison & MacKay. This Highland Park was distilled on the 10^th of November 1995 and matured in sherry hogshead 2476. It was bottled on the 23^rd of April 2018 at natural cask strength of 54% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 257 bottles.

Nose: honey with bee wax, sweet citrus, salty sea water and whiff of smoke

Palate: complex with tropical fruit, sweet caramel, dark chocolate, light smoke and Oriental spices

Finish: long, tasty and bold
