Auchentoshan Virgin Oak

The Virgin Oak is a limited release Lowland single malt by the Auchentoshan distillery. The whisky has matured in charred first-fill casks of American oak. A small batch release that is triple distilled and non chill filtered.

Nose: cinnamon and nutmeg aroma with notes of vanilla and sugared oranges

Palate: silk smooth with notes of spices, apple, gentle chocolate and caramel

Finish: warming with spicy oranges and aromas of dark sugar
