The Signatory Vintage Cask Strength, Caol Ila 11 years old 2007 is a younger Islay single malt from the Caol Ila distillery bottled by the independent bottler Signatory Vintage. This Caol Ila was distilled on the 19^th of December 2007 and matured in hogsheads 322307 and 322308. It was bottled on the 11^th of September 2019 at natural cask strength of 54,6% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited release of 537 bottles.
