North Star Chaos #2 (50%)

The North Star Chaos  is the second release of the Chaos Islay single malt whisky by the independent bottler North Star. The Chaos #2 is a 100% Caol Ila and a vatting of 2 Oloroso sherry butts from 2006 and 1 refill Hogshead (finished in an Oloroso cask) from 2009. The three casks have been vatted and bottled at 50% as a limited small batch release of 1400 bottles.
