Kilchoman Small Batch Release for the Netherlands No. 2 (49,9%)

The Kilchoman Small Batch Release for the Netherlands No. 2 is an Islay single malt small batch release from the Kilchoman distillery for the Netherlands. For this second Dutch small batch release they’ve used 70% bourbon matured malt and 5% sherry matured malt combined with 25% from a Madeira hogshead. It’s bottled in 2020 at 49,9% ABV as a limited release of 1260 bottles.

Tasting notes: classic Kilchoman citrus aromas with peat smoke, sweet smoke, cinnamon and red fruits
