Kilchoman 100% Islay 10th Edition (50%)

The Kilchoman 100% Islay 10th Edition is a lightly peated (20 PPM) Islay single malt from Kilchoman bottled at 50% ABV. Just like previous releases it’s like the name suggests a 100% Islay release. This 10^th Edition comes from 39 bourbon barrels and 2 Oloroso sherry butts made filled with whisky made from Optic and Publican barley from 2007, 2009 and 2020. It was bottled in 2020 at 50% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 12.400 bottles.
