Finlaggan Old Reserve

The Finlaggan Old Reserve is a single malt and one of Islay's best kept secrets. There is no Finlaggan distillery but the exceptional character of this whisky remembers many drinkers of Lagavulin. The only certainty there is, is that it comes from one of the three Kidalton distilleries at Islay where all the heavily peated malts are distilled.

Nose: very powerful with notes of chocolate, nuts, fruit and peat

Palate: salty and dry with aromas of chocolate mousse and a hint of spices

Finish: long and gentle with notes of wood, peat and seaweed
