The Caol Ila 12 years old is an Islay single malt with a powerful and robust character with a good dose of peat.

Nose: fruity aromas of citrus fruit combined with peat, oil, raisins and smoked meat

Palate: a gentle and powerful character with some sweet flavours  and notes of sweet malt, barley, dates, toffee, charcoal and of course peat

Finish: long, complex and balanced with a sweet peat aroma
