Bunnahabhain Eirigh Na Greine Batch 2 (1 liter)

The Bunnahabhain Eirigh Na Greine is a travel retail exclusive of this Islay distillery and the successor of the Darch Ur. Eirigh Na Greine means morning sky in Gaelic and is a small batch whisky mostly matured in Italian and French red wine casks. This is batch 2 bottled at 46,3% ABV in a 1 liter bottle, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: marshmallow with lots of sweet vanilla followed by wood smoke, sea salt, red berries and mild oak

Palate: sweet, rich and clean with caramel pudding, pepper, fresh vanilla, salt, ash, red berries and a hint of wine

Finish: medium long with lots of warmth and spices (pepper and ginger)
