Bruichladdich The Organic Scottish Barley (1 liter)

The Bruichladdich The Organic Scottish Barley is an organic Islay single malt made from 100% biological barley. A whisky like they were made before the industrial revolution. Distilled slowly and matured in premium American oak casks and with an intimate and sustainable relationship between the farmers and the distillery. This unpeated Bruichladdich release was bottled on the 23^rd of July 2013 at 50% ABV in a 1 liter bottles.

Nose: almonds with sugared lime followed by roasted barley, floral and fruity notes with a hint of toffee, papaya and kiwi

Palate: warm with sweet brown sugar, honey, almonds, pear and candy

Finish: intense and fresh
