Talisker 18yo (45,8%)

This 18 years old Talisker from Skye is carefully vatted malt of both bourbon and sherry casks. Slightly smoky and with notes of seaweed and iodine.

Nose: rich and fruity with ripe fruit like plums, reine claude and oranges combined with toffee and smoke, seaweed, iodine and a hint of fresh mint

Palate:  complex and gentle with first sweet aromas followed by smoke with tar and toffee, well seasoned

Finish: long and powerful with iodine, salt and hints of vegetables, wood and leather
