Provenance Talisker Young & Feisty

This Talisker Young & Feisty was bottled in the Provenance series of independent bottler Douglas Laing. This bottler is the only to bottle independent Talisker releases and they are very scarce. It is named Young & Feisty because Douglas Laing wants to celebrate spring with this release. A double cask release with no age statement, matured in refill hogshead cask 10227 and 10229. This Isle of Skye single malt was bottled at 46%, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: clean and fresh with sweet biscuits and smoke

Palate: tongue coating with salt apple pie, sweet peat and gentle tar

Finish: long with ash and orange zests
