Provenance Coastal Collection Talisker 8yo 2009 (48%)

The Provenance Coastal Collection Talisker 8 year sold 2009 is a young Talisker bottled in the Provenance Coastal Collection by the independent bottler Douglas Laing. This is the fourth and last release in this series following a Bunnahabhain, Jura and Caol Ila. This 8 year old Talisker was distilled in November 2009 and matured in refill hogshead DL12611. It was bottled in October 2018 at 48% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 319 bottles.

Tasting notes: “marvelously maritime with a sublime palate of sweet malted barley, honey and sea salt”.
