Old Particular Tobermory 20yo 1995 (51,5%)

The Old Particular Tobermory 20 years old 1995 is an old Isle of Mull single malt bottled in the Old Particular series by the independent bottler Douglas Laing. It was distilled in July 1995 and matured in refill bourbon hogshead DL 10813. It was bottle din July 2015 at 51,5% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 288 bottles.

Nose: fresh and warm with sweet barley, varnish and honey

Palate: sweet with honey, intense barley aromas, sugar and spices

Finish: barley sugar with chocolate and salted butter
