Old Malt Cask Talisker 9yo 2008 (50%)

The Old Malt Cask Talisker 9 years old 2008 is a young Isle of Skye single malt from the Talisker distillery bottled in the Old Malt Cask series by the independent bottler Hunter Laing. This Talisker was distilled in December 2008 and matured in sherry butt HL15652. It was bottled in November 2018 at 50% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited release of 376 bottles.

Nose: pepper, peat and sea salt

Palate: smoke, peat and salted caramel

Finish: long, with a hint of spice to finish
