Isle of Jura Tide 21yo

The Isle of Jura Tide 21 years old is an older Islands single malt from the Jura distillery bottled in their Aged Vintage Series. The Tide matured in American white oak barrels followed by a second maturation in virgin American white oak barrels which spice up this Jura release. It was bottled in 2019 at 46,7% ABV.

Nose: gingerbread and buttery caramel with biscuits and tropical fruit (mostly banana)

Palate: melted white chocolate with toasted walnuts, candied almonds, ginger biscuits and marzipan

Finish: spicy with allspice, pepper and a hint of honey
