Highland Park Fire 15yo (45,2%)

The Highland Park Fire 15 years old is the successor of the Highland Park Ice and the second and last release in this series of two. A 15 years old Orkney single malt matured in refill port-seasoned casks and bottled in 2016 at 45,2% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 28.000 bottles.

Nose: moss, mineral aromas, oranges, prunes, black berries and a whiff of smoke

Palate: charcoal and warm smoke with berries, oranges and cinnamon

Finish: cherry jam with lingering smoke
