The Adelphi Breath of the Isles 11 years old 2007 is an Isle of Skye (undisclosed Talisker) single malt bottled by the indepdent bottler Adelphi. It was distilled in 2007 and matured in a refill sherry butt. It was bottled in 2019 at natural cask strength of 58,7% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 662 bottles.
