A.D. Rattray Individual Cask Bottling Arran 5yo 2010 (57,3%)

The A.D. Rattray Individual Cask Bottling Arran 5 years old 2010 is a young Isle of Arran single malt bottled by the independent bottler Dewar Rattray. It was distilled on the 15^th of February 2011 and matured in first fill bourbon hogshead 4. It was bottled on the 12^th of October 2016 at natural cask strength of 57,3% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 309 bottles.

Nose: Sicilian lemon with toffee, vanilla and cloves

Palate: wholegrain toast with bramble jam and liquorice

Finish: soft berries with warming spices
