Tomatin Legacy (old bottling)

The Tomatin Legacy is a no age statement Highlands single malt. This whisky has matured in American virgin oak and ex-bourbon casks resulting in nice vanilla notes with a hint of honey. This is an old bottling that was replaced early 2016.

Nose: vanilla, marshmallow, cake, pineapple followed by citrus and a little sweetness

Palate: light and delicate with candy sweetness and pepper notes, some lime, pineapple, green apples and a hint of sponge cake

Finish: light and refreshing
