Tomatin Five Virtues Water

The Tomatin Five Virtues Water is the fifth release in the Five Virtues series. A series of Five bottlings; Fire, Wood, Earth, Water and Metal. The Water matured in a combination of bourbon barrels and sherry butts and is an ode to the water source of Tomatin. It was bottled at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited release of 6000 bottles.

Nose: ripe fruit withy chocolate and honeycomb

Palate: rich toffee aromas with marzipan and blood orange marmalade

Finish: warm, long and oily
