The Highland Park Triskelion is a creations from 3 whisky makers. Highland Park’s master distiller Gordon Motion together with former master whisky maker Max McFarlane and John Ramsey. Over a 100 years of experience in whisky making. This Orkney single malt matured in 3 cask types: First-fill Sherry-seasoned Spanish oak butts, first-fill Sherry-seasoned American oak casks en first-fill Bourbon barrels & hogsheads. It was bottled in 2019 at 45,1% ABV.

“Highland Park Triskelion has aromas of Seville oranges, corianders weeds, vanilla cream and honey. On the palate also orange zest, apricots, cumin, vanilla and light smoke”.
