Glenmorangie Tusail

The Glenmorangie Tusail is the zesde release in the Private Edition series of this Highlands distillery. I’ts made from floor malted Maris Otter Barley. An ancient barley type resulting in a malt with notes of nuts, toffee, sweet barley and ginger. Bottled in 2014 at 46% ABV.

Nose: soft with aromas of rice porridge, caramel, honey, apple and malt

Palate: lots of malt with sweetness, light spices, caramel and toffee

Finish: medium long with light notes, sweet apples, roasted nuts, chocolate and honey
